You asked we listened and now your Mosaic TV experience is getting better. Don’t worry, there will be no change in your billing for this improved experience and nothing extra you need to do at home.

Channel Guide

For an improved user experience, we are upgrading your SD channels to HD and removing the duplicates! In the coming days, you will notice your channel lineup streamlined. Where you had an SD/HD option, you will only have an HD option and no longer need to scroll to those higher channels to find them.

For example, WEAU (Fox 48) will be previewed in HD on channel 3, and no longer will you have to scroll up to Channel 548.

Starting on Monday, February 21, we will begin to update your channel lineup. If you experience a brief interruption during this time, not to worry – your set-top box just needs a minute to reconfigure for the upgrade and should take no longer than 5 minutes.

If you need a little help learning your channel lineup, we have included a link to an updated channel guide. This guide will also be available at your convenience via ExperienceMosaic.com.
