Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Mosaic’s organization‑wide marketing strategy to support revenue goals and long‑term vision.
Brand Leadership: Drive the evolution of Mosaic’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Go‑to‑Market Excellence: Partner with the Director of Marketing & Product to design and execute high‑impact go‑to‑market strategies for new products, services, and features.
Digital Innovation: Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, analytics, and website optimization.
Customer Growth: Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies to support growth and product adoption.
Market Insights: Oversee market research to evaluate customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
Team Leadership: Provide executive leadership, coaching, and development to the marketing team.
Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to track performance and marketing ROI.

NOC Technician I

Mosaic Technologies is currently looking for a NOC Technician I to join our growing team.
The NOC Technician I serves as Tier 1 technical support for Mosaic’s internal and external customers, . . . resolving or escalating technical matters to ensure minimal downtime. Additionally, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, provisioning, providing support to the IT team, and working across departments to meet customer needs.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
· Initiate trouble tickets, enter and communicate trouble information, and initiate follow-up on needed repairs.
· Process telephone porting requests for residential and commercial customers.
· Provision residential and commercial orders and prepare equipment for installs.
· Test new services, hardware, and products.
· Complete audits, track outages, schedule upgrades and updates.
· Provide provisioning support to the IT department and field technicians.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Knowledge of applications such as e-mail, Microsoft Office, project management software.
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments while paying close attention to detail.
· Ability to make sound technical decisions using information at hand.
· Skill in reading and interpreting technical documents and information.
· Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

Phone Interview

First Interview

Depending on the position, the hiring committee will schedule a first or second interview. Interviews are typically in-person between the applicants and the hiring manager.

Offer

Once a candidate is identified, Mosaic will extend an initial offer. The offer letter should include the position’s salary, benefits, paid time off, start date, and other terms and conditions of employment.

Start Date

After an accepted offer, pre-employment testing is coordinated, then a start date is scheduled.
