Business Account Executive

We are looking for a high energy, motivated Business Account Executive to join our team and build relationships through the sales of our small business and residential voice, data, video, and IT solutions. Your enthusiasm to generate sales for new and existing services will be rewarded through a salary plus commission pay plan.  If you are competitive, energetic and have an entrepreneurial spirit, then join Mosaic! 

As the Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Mosaic services and technology, leveraging relationships, and closing new business.  

Responsibilities and Qualifications include but are not limited to:  

  • Develop sales of Mosaic Technologies’ strategic product line, including broadband, voice, video, and IT solutions 
  • Emphasize product features, capabilities, and limitations based on analysis of customer’s needs  
  • Proactively prospect and contact potential customers through various means including targeted lists, referrals, and participating in networking events 
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions offered by Mosaic as well as our competitors 
  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales goals to positively impact Customer retention   
  • Build and foster meaningful customer relationships, and internal partnerships 
  • Work as part of team to schedule and ensure the proper installation and upgrades of services  
  • Responsible for assisting our customers with billing questions and payments 
  • Accurately enter service order data and complete necessary paperwork to support sales activities  
  • Receive, issue and track Customer equipment and assist with inventory maintenance 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred 
  • Knowledge and passion for telecommunications, sales, customer service, marketing, IT, or other related fields preferred  
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to self-motivate 
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills 
  • Relationship management 
  • Consultative selling and effectiveness in overcoming objections 
  • Deadline and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to show proper judgment and initiative
