If you are scheduled for service and not feeling well, we are more than happy to reschedule to another time as soon as possible. Just call 715.458.5400. We’ve also equipped our service technicians to be better protected.

Better yet, if you feel well, now is the time to get Mosaic’s Gigacenter router free for 3 months. After installation and setup, our technicians can then remote into your router for troubleshooting internet or WiFi issues without a house call. Everyone stays healthy and you don’t lose a minute of streaming.

Also remember that paying your bill can be done by phone, online, or mobile. Visit or call 715.458.5400. Our satellite locations at Barron, Rice Lake and Chetek do have limited hours. Before you stop by, give us a call to see if the store is open. If you do choose to visit us at one of our stores, please know that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities germ-free.
