Cameron, WI – On January 2nd, 2024, Mosaic Technologies announced Tammy Emerson’s promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer. CEO Domenico Fornaro was quoted saying, “I am excited to announce Tammy Emerson has agreed to serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer, acknowledging the work she has done for the company and the evolution of the work to be done within the company for strategic expansion.”
Mosaic Technologies’ exponential growth continues to stretch across Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, and Washburn counties. As the company continues to add to its talent and company portfolio, it was necessary to recognize the strategic alignment and restructure the Human Resources Department.
Tammy is celebrating her 25th anniversary with Mosaic Technologies. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative and continued to grow with the company as it evolved within the industry. She provides a wealth of knowledge of the company’s rich history and offers insight to better forecast future expansive growth. In 2019, Tammy Emerson was promoted to the Human Resources Director and in 2022 to Vice President of Human Resources. With her CHRO promotion, Ms. Emerson will oversee the human resources department across the companies for Mosaic Technologies, HomeTech by Mosaic, and MTech Construction enhancing corporate culture, strengthening public communications, and maintaining the legal department.
