Arlington, Va., (May 10, 2022)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association recognized Mosaic Technologies at the NTCA Marketing eXcellence Awards as the Second Runner Up in Website Redesign for ExperienceMosaic.com.

Mosaic Technologies is a member of NTCA, the premier association representing nearly 850 independent, community-based telecommunications companies in rural communities across America. The Marketing eXcellence Awards recognize the vital role marketing, sales and communications play in the broadband industry and are announced annually at NTCA’s Marketing + Sales Conference.

“Small, community-based providers have been hard at work for decades to connect their neighbors, and it is more important now than ever before to tell that story,” said Shirley Bloomfield, NTCA’s chief executive officer. “I want to congratulate Mosaic Technologies for its excellent work in communicating with their customers and communities. Thank you for your contributions to our industry.”

“I am extremely grateful that Mosaic Technologies was selected to earn this honor, because it was so much more than a website redesign. The efforts included an entire rebranding, with a holistic effort to make it easier to do business with Mosaic and enhance the overall customer experience,” said Jenifer Mason, Mosaic Technologies’ Vice President of Marketing and Sales. “This award is all thanks to having the most supportive team, dynamic partners, and invaluable employees, that keep the community and customer experience at the center of what they do each and every day.”

The Marketing eXcellence Awards are sponsored by Pivot.
