Terms & Conditions
- Credit of $50.00 is to be applied to the current customer’s next invoice after activation and installation of internet at a new location OR purchase of a HomeTech by Mosaic product.
- No cash will be provided as a part of this program.
- New customers must provide the current subscriber’s name, address, and phone number during the transaction.
- For credit to be received, the current customer’s account must be active and in good standing.
- We are unable to apply referral credits to multiple accounts or transfer them from account to account.
- We may know the same friends and have some of the same family, but a new customer can only be referred to one time and must be defined as a new customer.
