In 2023, as part of a Town of Barron and Maple Grove Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) grant application, Mosaic Technologies was awarded $3,062,628 to support the construction of 118 miles of fiber, passing 606 underserved and unserved households and businesses.
With an estimated total cost to construct of over $6.8 million, Mosaic Technologies committed $3,743,213 to support the fiber broadband expansion project.
Mosaic Technologies has begun construction in the Maple Grove Township and the Town of Barron scheduled for construction to be completed by November 2026. As interested homeowners and businesses complete the Fiber to the Premise Form, the sales team will contact new customers by phone or email when fiber lines are ready to activate service.
