Tampa Bay, FL-NTCA-
The Rural Broadband Association held its annual RTIME Conference in Tampa Bay to highlight rural broadband providers’ successes and provide notable updates for the year ahead. Each year, NTCA opens nominations from across the country in multiple categories to highlight individuals, departments, and companies. This year, Mosaic Technologies’ Jake Fostvedt was recognized as the 2023 Key Employee. In his role as Sales & Service Technician, Jake has been a Mosaic Technologies key employee for 17 years, aiding customers in need, assisting his peers, and always being willing to spend extra time where it’s needed. His ability to be that friendly face in the community and at work has been a great way to elevate customer relations.
Dean Kahl, Mosaic Technologies Local Manager explained, “Jake is the kind of employee that will do anything asked of him. He is willing to work any job, business, residential, or school jobs, and has proven to be very versatile in the jobs he can do. He is always willing to help the other technicians when additional work is needed. He is great with customers, and I can always count on Jake to do quality work. He stepped up and assisted in a recent school wiring job working hand in hand with their IT coordinators to ensure their wiring needs were met. They were very satisfied with his work.“
At Mosaic, we believe in cultivating a strong technology partnership with our customers providing excellent service and quality products to help every home and every business succeed. Strong teams enrich corporate culture. We congratulate Jake on his NTCA 2023 Key Employee of the Year award.
